We strongly believe that any formal training that any of our employees receive is supplemented by effective on the job coaching, which establishes the areas where improvements need to be made. We don't believe in delivering training for training’s sakes and our internal training programmes are focussed on having a major impact on each delegate’s performance which will ultimately reflect on the service levels that candidates and clients will benefit from. All of our courses are designed to be informative, challenging and fun. They are delivered by recruitment professionals who have a proven, consistent track records of success within the industry. Our induction programme has been approved by the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC) and we are one of the few recruitment companies in the UK that can operate the Certificate in Recruitment Practice qualification in-house. To summarise, every employee who joins us will receive the input, guidance and support to help them develop into top performers in their role. Every client and candidate can be confident that they will receive a true consultative service from our operational team. We also provide training in the following areas:

What's New As of the end of April we will have in excess of 100 internal employees taking part in NVQ qualifications. At the moment these are predominantly the NVQ/VRQ Level 3 and Advanced Apprenticeship in Management and the NVQ Level 2 in Sales. We will shortly be introducing Level 2 qualifications in Customer Services and Business Administration.
We have also been awarded the "Skills Pledge" by Train to Gain in recognition of our commitment to ensuring that we make every effort to equip our people with the skills that they need to succeed in the current climate.
